30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned with their original packaging.
Custom designs
Because a custom bracelet is assembled to your measurements and bead order, it is normally final sale. If it arrives damaged or does not match the saved design, we will repair or replace it.
Natural variation
Small differences in colour, clarity, pattern and inclusion are normal in natural stone and are not defects.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Checkout is currently unavailable and creates no payment or refund transactions.
